It is essential for both the bog and the small countries to participate in the promotional shows to promote their product. Therefore a huge investment is made by every business on activities like proper advertisement and the marketing procedures and promoting the brand for the newly launched products and those which actually exists. A direct communication is possible with these promotional shows.

Planning Properly Is Vital

Trade shows also enable you to exhibit your products and services offered before a global audience and also come to know of new markets. In order to reap the maximum benefits out of a Trade Show, the planning has to be proper. The businesses should have a distinct aim and objective regarding why they are participating at the show and what they can gain from it. Proper research should be done about the audience visiting the fair. If the visitors are your targeted customers, the number of competitors participating and the amount of response the show has been able to generate and the number of footfalls the fair got in the past and how many can be expected in the participating year?

Stalls On The Trade Show

One needs to keep the location in consideration as to where would the Trade show would be held. The location of your cubicle or space would ascertain how many visitors you would attract and the kind of response that you may get. In general if participating in Trade shows have given you good results in the past then, you must invest more money if required, to get a prime location for your stall. You could go for a small stall, if you do not have funds for a big one. You could also get a stall from the Trade show organizers in the barter system.

The stall must be set up in your industry pavilion. You should be able to display your carpets at the pavilion where carpet exhibitors are exhibiting their products. You should not display carpets in a machinery section.

Appearance Of The Stall

You should have a simple look of the stall, yet it should be so designed, to make it attractive. You could introduce small token gifts like t-shirts, key chains, pens, bags. You could also initiate some competitions so that you can induce more participation. These free attractions would draw more visitors to your stall. You could keep a presentation handy in case you are a service provider, so that the visitors can be educated well on the services which are on offer.

Language

Proper communication is an important factor of the advertising shows. If the place where you are conducting the show does not have English as a primary language it is better to hire people who are expert in the language of the area or are proficient with local language. The brochures and the leaflets of the products should also be published in the local language. The people working in the trade shows must be well behaves towards the customers and must be cooperative and friendly towards the possible customers. The visitors must be impressed with the people working on the stall.
